We ship NATIONWIDE within Indonesia with the trusted shipping company, JNE (www.jne.co.id). Your order is guaranteed to arrive to you safe and sound. Note that we do not ship WORLDWIDE yet, but don’t worry because we’re working on that.

 

Important to know

We have two different shipping methods that you can choose from. They are

• JNE Express

Jakarta area : Arrives 1 business day after your payment is confirmed

Outside of Jakarta area : Arrives 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed

 

• JNE Regular

Arrives 3-5 business days after your payment is confirmed

 

If you want your order to be processed and shipped at the same day please be aware that your payment must be confirmed before the following time;

Monday – Friday : Before 2.00 PM, WIB

 

We only ship orders during business days. If you confirmed your payment during weekends or holidays, please be aware that your orders will be shipped on the next business day.

 

• Tracking information

After receiving the tracking information, you might need to wait 24 hours for you to be able to track your order.

 

Cost of shipping

Shipping fees are based on delivery methods you choose and the weight of the items you’ve ordered. If you’ve ordered an item that is bigger than standard shipping size, charges will be calculated by volume.
