We do not accept returned items if the item received by customers has complications with its sizing (the exact measurements are provided for you when you click the item you want). However, if the items received by customer have damages we will willingly exchange it to a new one.

How long will the shipping take after we place an order?

How do I use the Voucher?
When you Check Out, there will be a section where you can fill in the voucher / gift card code, once you have done that, your total will automatically be deducted.

This is very simple, you just need to go back to our website and you will see a “Confirm Payment” menu on the top right side of your screen, click that and fill in the short form that is given to you.
