The Goods Café• & The Goods Diner•

THE GOODS CAFÉ• is a casual eatery attached to our retail locations. Chef Erlene Susanto set out to bring the relaxed vibe of the American west coast to our tables. She has created an eclectic menu inspired by California’s melting-pot-style comfort food, with influences from Western, Asian and Mexican staples. In January 2012, we opened The Goods Diner•, a standalone restaurant and bar in the legendary Fairgrounds building (former Bengkel Night Park).

Brightspot Market

Brightspot Market was founded in early 2009 with the goal of showcasing young, independent fashion and product designers along side unique retailers and international streetwear brands. The four-day market is held twice a year in different locations around Jakarta. Started in a time when interest in local (Indonesian) brands was nearly non-existent, Brightspot has now become THE platform for creative entrepreneurs to launch their brands.

Our first event drew an audience of just over 5000 visitors, and has now grown to 57,000 at our last event in June 2012. In the span of a few years, Brightspot has gone from being a market of all things cool to a full-blown cultural phenomenon. People in the know have come to trust Brightspot Market and The Goods Dept• as the front-runner for new fashion and style in Indonesia.
