Payment with Credit Card?

1. Users may choose to use a credit card payment method for purchase of goods through the Site

2. The purchase transaction of goods using a credit card shall comply with the terms and conditions stipulated by The Goods Dept and use the courier / logistics provided and connected to the Site

Unfortunately, you can’t order sold out items. You will have to wait until the item you want is back in stock.


What is the return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returned items if the item received by customers has complications with its sizing (the exact measurements are provided for you when you click the item you want). However, if the items received by customer have damages we will willingly exchange it to a new one. And for maximum exchange rate is 3 days after the goods received by the costomer, if it has been more than 3 days you can not make the exchange

How long will the shipping take after we place an order?

• For payment via bank transfer we will check first (few hours)

• For payment of credit card use we will help check in advance to avoid misuse of credit card (1-2 days)

• Your order will help us check first in all our store for availability of goods (1-2 days)

• After the goods are found, the goods will be prepared to be sent to the address in the destination

Can I exchange my order at your store?
